Items can be returned within 14 days if unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Refunds are processed after inspection, excluding shipping charges.

Exchanges & Non-Returnable Items
Exchanges for size, color, or style are allowed within 14 days. Non-returnable items include gift cards, personalized items, and sale/clearance items.

Damaged Items & Return Shipping
For damaged or defective items, contact us for a replacement or refund. Return shipping is at your cost unless it’s our error, in which case we provide a prepaid label. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
